Secrets hidden from the world,
Wisdom those who belong to this world will never taste.
Spring of water given with love
To the woman at the well,
To those of her village
Remarkable gift
With wonderful timing
Even as most intimate needs of the heart
Are met by the most intimate God
Who knows within and without
Transparency of the mind,
Soul and spirit seen through,
Minute details of each body
Meticulous workings of every part
Nourishment and cleansing and growth.
He walked among us
Healer of all who needed healing
Compassionate miracles flowed deeply within many,
Then He broke the bread for all
First for the hungry crowds
Men and women and their children loved,
Then Covenant Bread for all mankind.
