A lasting place of rest

Shelter entered long ago,

As a young man showered by Spirit revelation

True wisdom the only worthy heart cry and desire

Earthly riches, all vanity cast aside

Even as King Solomon prayed

Repeated now in a humble reckoning,

While in a final gasp of will

Choice of reality given.

Then, the joy of Holy Spirit rebirth

Even when all hope lost or nothing, called death

Worldly status quo, delusional blindness.

As Messiah’s life is made known

Mysterious wonders of Yeshua slowly unveiled,

Brilliance of Light, His eternal reality poured upon inner eyes beginning to see

Glimpses of the end from the beginning,

The Prince of Peace royally crowned with eternity and more as Creator,

Worn with such open joy upon His head

Upon flowing hair of glorious supernatural white,

My greatest pleasure- to bow before my King!

About Gary Bertnick

I was a Minnesota teenager in the late 1960's. I was drafted into the military after an intense time at an engineering school. As a graduate chemical engineer and former athlete, I became a Marine Corps private. The Lord spoke to me through a friend while visiting Rapid City,S.D. My true discipleship began in Southern California and was boosted through association with Morris Cerullo Ministry and others. I fed upon the Scriptures and have learned to be led by the Holy Spirit. I know what the fear of the Lord is. What I write is done to honor the Lord and to touch the lives of those who know Him as well as those who should.

I thank you Gary for being so diligent and caring for God’s people so much that you write to incite them to climb His mountain and be closer to Him. I applaud you.
